Office Administrator role

A new role has opened in our growing building and design Business. We need an administrator to take over the accounts and provide general office administration in our new location at Tauriko Business Estate.

Tasks include:

The main tasks include accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, GST returns, Payroll and overall accounting. This includes data entry and cross checking costs as they come in.

General office administration is required, which may include keeping office products in stock, ordering, fleet management, inwards goods, and emails.

You will have a willingness to train and keep up with software changes. Flexibility is needed as we grow.

You will also be taking bookings for incoming leads, answering the phone and reception duties.

Skills required

Proficient in Xero software

Accounts experience

Skills preferred but not a necessity (we can offer training)

Experience in Fergus software

Plumbing and/or building background

Ideal hours are a Monday & Tuesday (and possible Wednesday’s) 10-4.30
